I can’t say enough great things about Jolene! I bought a package of 3 IPL treatments, after two I wasn’t loving the result on my skin and asked for a refund, unfortunately they wouldn’t let me but offered a different treatment. The first two treatments were fine but I didn’t feel like I was getting a special treatment, the service was okay but by no means worth the 45+ minute drive from Atlanta. This brings me to Jolene who did my hydra facial- she was amazing! My skin looks great but I felt like she went the extra step to understand my skin needs and really cared about providing excellent service. Jolene makes the 45 minute drive totally worth it- thanks again Jolene!!

Nicole is AMAZING! Went in with uneven eyebrows and not expecting to have filler in my cheeks. Best decision I’ve made. She can look at you and tell you what you need. Worth every penny-and I’ve paid more for less results.

I trust Timeless for all my facials and treatments. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and caring. I have been seeing Melissa for 10 years for my laser treatments and Nicole and Stacy for my injectionables. I get compliments on my skin daily. Love this group of ladies!!!

Madison is by far the best injector I’ve ever seen. She is upfront and honest in explaining how to achieve the results you want. I’ve been to another med spa and within the first 5 minutes of walking into Timeless I knew it was different. She sat with me and was so personable and kind. Not only did she make me feel so comfortable but my appointment was literally painless. She’s booked out for a reason and I would seriously wait a year just to see her again if I needed to!

Madison did an excellent job of explaining exactly how and why she was injecting where she did. I appreciated her honesty and expertise for my first visit and not having me do more than needed! I have been so pleased with the results! I will definitely return to see her again!

I’ve been seeing Melissa for about 7 years, before she opened up her own place and since then nothings changed. She still has the same (if not better) quality of service, is so professional and truly cares about each one of her clients! I don’t mind making the one hour drive every month or so to get something done!!
