I made an appointment a month prior to getting my service. I called the day before the appointment to confirm that I had the right time down, and they told me my appointment had been cancelled. I did not cancel my appointment and was not notified of my appointment being cancelled. The receptionist said she would call me back, I didn’t receive a call back. I called this morning to see if I still had the appointment or not, the receptionist said she needed to speak with her manager and she would call me back in an hour. Again, I never received a call. I was not angry in any way as I realize things do happen, but I was not even given the chance to reschedule my appointment or just even a courtesy call back to let me know if I needed to show up for my appointment.I have been here before and they were so informative and very sweet. I am not sure what’s changed since my last appointment.

I have two words for you: MADISON. HOLMES. If you are looking for facial fillers or Botox, look no further. After doing much research on lip fillers, I made an appointment with Madison, based on her instagram profile. Her before and after results looked amazing, but I was still super nervous about taking the plunge. Madison immediately put me at ease, discussed my goals and made a realistic plan to achieve them, which included a phased approach to develop volume over time. I could not be happier after with my phase one results, and am now counting down the days for phase two. Her sweet demeanor is an added bonus! She’s found a new client for life in me.
