Today was my first time at Timeless and I was very happy with my experience! Vanessa was very nice and super knowledgeable when I asked her for skincare recommendations! Thank you Vanessa and everyone at Timesless!

I made an appointment a month prior to getting my service. I called the day before the appointment to confirm that I had the right time down, and they told me my appointment had been cancelled. I did not cancel my appointment and was not notified of my appointment being cancelled. The receptionist said she would call me back, I didn’t receive a call back. I called this morning to see if I still had the appointment or not, the receptionist said she needed to speak with her manager and she would call me back in an hour. Again, I never received a call. I was not angry in any way as I realize things do happen, but I was not even given the chance to reschedule my appointment or just even a courtesy call back to let me know if I needed to show up for my appointment.I have been here before and they were so informative and very sweet. I am not sure what’s changed since my last appointment.

So happy with Timeless for all they offer and making my life beautiful 😍!! They ROCK IT!!!

Melissa is THE BEST..... I've been with Melissa 5 years taking care everything about my skin, i love her!!!!….highly recommend, she is extremely knowledgeable. absolutely love love love this place!!!!!

Lacey is amazing! So sweet and gentle! She did an amazing job with my European facial and my skin has never felt better! I highly recommend booking with her!

I can’t say enough incredible things about this entire staff! They make you feel like family and are so lovely. I’ve been to countless medspas searching for the right one - and this is definitely THE ONE. I get fillers and Botox with Stacy and facials/lasers/skin treatments with Melissa! ❤️
