I don’t normally go all in on cosmetic procedures, but reasoning was medical in nature. I went in for laser hair removal and retrieved amazing customer service and RESULTS. The staff is extremely efficient in getting you in and out. Vanessa was my main specialist and she delivered care with an expert hand as well as the main staffing reception who were very welcoming. They were leagues better than my time spent with Ideal Image (a legit scamming operation). As for the results: THEY WERE AMAZING, seriously I’ve tried all types of hair removal and shaving in the past. I’m prone to ingrowns, idk if it’s their equipment or the knowledge of the staff but they were able to literally diminish all of my hair for long term results. If you have a similar condition and looking for the gold standard, they have you covered. Trust me!! 5 stars! Amazing service, and friendly staff. Thank you and will be a long term customer for the foreseeable future.

Today was such a wonderful experience. I went in for my second treatment. I was serviced by the wellness guru and founder Melissa. I am so happy I was treated with attention, care and overall excellent hospitality. I appreciate you and thanks again for making my appointment great!

I can't say enough good things about this medspa. This was my second time getting botox injections with Nicole. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Cool CO Peel with Shawn. She was great throughout the process.

Excellent! Very happy with all the services I have received from Nicole. I’ve tried several different med spas and finally found one I will stick with. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff at the Cummings location and you can see how everyone works to make sure you walk out feeling beautiful

I had the microneedling procedure today with Vanessa at the Cumming location. She was fantastic! I have also seen Kristen for wellness. She was very knowledgeable and caring. The office is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this Medspa for anyone looking to get any aesthetic procedure done!

Excellent experience

I had such a great experience at Timeless Aesthetics and Wellness! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. I went in for a Laser Genesis treatment and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The provider who performed my treatment was not only skilled, but also very knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to explain the entire process to me in detail, answered all of my questions with patience, and even created a personalized skincare regimen tailored to my needs and goals. Overall, I left feeling confident, cared for, and excited about my skincare journey. I highly recommend Timeless Aesthetics and Wellness to anyone looking for not just treatments, but a team that truly values their clients’ well-being. I’ll definitely be coming back!
