I had Botox with Nicole in Cumming and a facial with Hayoon—everyone was amazing! Nicole was super precise and made me feel completely at ease, and Hayoon gave me one of the most relaxing, informative facials I’ve ever had. The whole team at Timeless is professional, kind, and really cares about your experience. Highly recommend!

Nicole was amazing! I love my Botox every time I get them done by her. She’s also so friendly and walks you through the whole process! She is great!

I got Botox with Nicole at the Cumming location and couldn’t be happier with the results! She was so gentle, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. The whole process was quick, easy, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. I’ll definitely be back to see her again!

I’ve been to Timeless Aesthetics & Wellness several times now and I can’t say enough good things. The staff is always so kind, polite, and genuinely welcoming. They really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’ve had a number of facials and treatments here and every single time, I’ve been beyond happy with the results. I see Nicole for Botox and completely trust her judgment and expertise. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and never pushy; just really good at what she does. This place is such a gem and I always look forward to coming back!

I had a facial with Vanessa at Timeless Aesthetics & Wellness, and it was amazing! She was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about my skin. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and so much more informed about how to take care of my skin. Highly recommend her!

Update on 7-16-25, TARA asked me to TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW as she was compensating me for all the problems. I seen my credit issued on my bank account so I took down my review. THEN THE NEXT DAY, MY credit WAS PULLED BACK from Timeless! I strongly advise others to BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF THIS PLACE! I have even been told by the owner/manager TARA herself that Mckenna would not remain at this office because she gave them a notice but they were going to let her go before her time was up because of her actions but who knows what is the truth and what's NOT! *Please take the time to read my review. I had a very upsetting experience at Timeless. I received Botox from Kareen, and it was improperly injected near my eye, causing my eyelid to droop so badly that I could only see partially. This is not just a cosmetic issue—it has affected my daily life. Even worse, I have stopped by x2, and I was very nice about the situation. I was then treated rudely with Makenna at the front desk, with me asking politely the owner/managers name and number. She stated that We don't usually give that information out....? I asked for her name too so I could let the manager know who I had spoken with. Again, Makenna states to me i dont usually give my name. I have also reached out by phone during normal business hours multiple times, and they WILL NOT answer my calls OR even returned my calls or followed up in any way. The complete lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with someone's face and vision. I do not recommend this place, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting them with any cosmetic procedure. I have pictures of time stamped along with me visiting a plastic surgeon in hopes he could fix it. He stated there is nothing he could do because of the way I was injected.

Great place for us women (and men!) to take body care, both inside and out, to the next level! I have used Timeless for over a year now, to provide me with awesome skin maintenance, female hormone replacement therapy, weight management, etc. I love the staff as they are very caring and friendly. My personal favorite for facials, and more advanced skin treatments, is Shawn. She does an excellent job and has a great bedside manner. I also love seeing Melissa when she has availability. Kristen and Emily are the 2 APRN's my husband and I work with to make sure we are also healthy on the inside. They do phenomenal work and spend as much time as needed to address all of our concerns regarding hormone imbalances, maintaining healthy weight, etc. I highly recommend this group! You will not be disappointed 😊
